The formation for the 13th single “Unhappy birthday koubun” was announced the other day on Soko Magattara, Sakurazaka?
This time, I will be participating as a BACKS member.
To everyone who always supports me,
to everyone who’s been watching over me,
and to those who don’t know me very well yet,
I want this to be a time where you can get to know the new sides of Taniguchi Airi, and of Sakurazaka46.
Even when I finally felt like I’d managed to climb one step up,
it always seemed like the others around me were already two or three steps ahead.
It was hard for me to really feel like I was growing.
Even so,
getting to have new experiences,
learning from the wonderful qualities of the other members,
It’s not that I didn’t feel frustrated,
but what I feel most right now is excitement.
This will most definitely be a wonderful single,
