I received the blog baton from Hina!
In the quiz at the end of her blog, I enjoyed getting a little peek into Hina’s gentle yet eccentric side. By the way, I asked her to check my answer and I got it wrong💦
Towards the end, she said I had no sense of direction😟
Yeah, sure, Hina does often pull my arm in the complete opposite direction to correct where I’m going.
That’s true and all, BUT..
That sense of direction our dear Ms. Hina has
is only useful when we’re on our way home🫢
Whenever we’re headed somewhere we haven’t been before, she asks someone else to pull up the map and waddles closely behind them.
(of course I do this too)

__Why I include a table of contents__
This biggest reason is
because of a certain friend of mine from my hometown that I’m still close with.
Even after I joined Sakurazaka46, this girl stayed good friends with me like nothing had changed.
But she worries a little that I might be busy, so she just sends me a message every week or two.
Each time it’s something like,
“Hey, it’s been a while! I have 5 things I wanna talk about today!!!
The first thing is ___, the 2nd thing is ___,”
She enthusiastically? updates me on what she’s been up to..
Isn’t that so cute??🫣
The first time I got one from her,
it was written in a format that was something like a business email, but the kindness in how she carefully organized all the many things she wanted to tell me in a way that was easy to understand made me feel really nice and warm inside.
And the cherry on top was that she also included a warm message of support for my activities as an idol..
I can’t tell her this directly, but I always think “I can’t wait until she messages me again～”and look forward to when she does

I tend to end up including a lot of content into my blog with me only updating it every 9 days, but if fans can look forward to it and think
“Today’s blog post day!”
in the same way I look forward to my friend’s messages, then I’d be happy with that.
So in that vein, I copied my friend’s format,
and included a table of contents💭
And also I end up getting distracted and derailed from whatever I’m talking about, so in that sense it addresses that as well!

I was actually amazed with how much everyone already knew about me during meet & greet✨
People were telling me “this scene from First Showcase/the documentary was particularly good,” pointing out small details that even I hadn’t noticed,
and they brought up interesting topics based on things I’d said in my blog or on “Soko magattara, Sakurazaka?”
We only have limited amount of time to talk,
but the fact that you’re always giving me support,
and the way I can so strongly feel that you’ve put a lot of thought into figuring out what to talk about with me,
it makes me so happy.
Maybe saying something like this is out of character for me, but
Every time we talk
my love for everyone wells up inside me

On 7/24, 25, and 26
We will be performing at Tokyo Dome for Sakurazaka46’s “5th TOUR 2025 ‘Addiction’”
We, the 4th gen, will also have the opportunity to perform as well.
To be honest, I think we are in a truly blessed position to be able to do something like stand on that big of a stage together with our seniors as members who only joined 3 months ago.
I’m still worried about plenty of things, but rather than running away, I want to focus on whatever I’m able to do now, one thing at a time, so that I can get closer to my seniors.
My next blog will unbelievably be on the first day of the performance, Thursday 7/24!!
Until then, I’ll build up as much confidence as I can and work my hardest so I can share the excitement of the start of the event with all of you～❤️🔥

It’s been getting hotter and hotter lately, we’re really already in summer huh～
Speaking of which, a good while ago I had a sore throat because of a summer cold I had, and when I asked my mom to get me some cough drops, she bought me “Golden Milk” instead.
(T/N: Milk candy made with Hokkaido cream. there’s nothing remotely medicinal about them)
They were tasty but they didn’t help my throat💦
