It’s Been One Year Since I Joined (2026.04.23) - Sakurazaka101

It’s Katsumata Haru from Sakurazaka46’s 4th generation.

Today marks exactly one year since our debut Vlogs were released!

Over this past year,

you found me,

and I’m sure I’ve shown quite a few clumsy sides of myself

maybe even moments where you thought, “She’s not very good at that, is she?”

Even so, you’ve always been there for me,

cheering me on,

supporting me all the way.

Thank you so much, truly.

I do wonder what your first impression of me was when you first saw the Vlog.

Has it changed at all since then?

Maybe some things have,

but,

being part of this wonderful group, Sakurazaka46,

I want to be someone who can give others that little push forward.

That feeling won’t ever change,

so in my second year, I’d love to be a source of support for you as well.

I’ll keep doing my best to grow stronger, and become someone you can rely on even more ✨👣

I’ve been able to experience so many things

that I couldn’t have imagined a year ago.

During our training period,

we used to go on little walks, chatting about whether we’d ever get the chance

to stand on such big stages ourselves one day.

And the training camp, it’s already been over a year since then!

It feels quite nostalgic thinking about how we’d rush to gather together after lessons to watch things.

We should definitely have a watch party again sometime!!! 🍕

Looking back, maybe my arms did look a bit bigger in those early selfies? lol

Even the way the rain gradually turned into a proper downpour feels like a fond memory now ☂️

When I looked through my camera roll, so many nostalgic pictures came up!

I’ll share the ones I couldn’t post today, little by little, aight〜

In my second year as well,

with everyone involved with Sakurazaka46,

and also with people who might not know us yet,

I hope we can share lots of moments.

I’ll keep thinking about what I can do, and take things one step at a time.

So from here on will you get to know me a bit better?
