Just as has been officially announced,
I will be absent from “3rd generation concert” that is to be held on 12th – 13th September due to a back injury.
I am truly sorry
to all of you who have been looking forward to it.
I have been suffering from back pain for some time, and I received some treatment such as taping and stretching before performances, but after the 9th single BACKS LIVE!! the pain in my back became so severe that I was unable to stand on my own.
After a visit to the hospital, several back-related injuries that make it difficult to do strenuous exercise was found.
Therefore, after consulting with doctor and staff, it has been decided that I will be absent from the 3rd generation concert and concentrate on my treatment right now.
I am sure that there are people who have been looking forward for 3rd generation concert since the time it was announced.
I am also sure that there are people who have prepared goods, sketchbooks, flowers and such for me.
When I think about all of the Buddies who have been looking forward to the concert, I am filled with much regret.
I am very sorry.
I too, feel very disappointed and frustrated that I can’t be on the stage for 3rd generation concert.
There were many times when I tried to move, hoping to perform just one song, and every time I did the pain in my back almost broke my heart.
I am truly sad that I won’t be able to perform with everyone on this important 3rd generation concert, and it pains me to think that we will not be able to show the 11 of us standing on stage together.
I will concentrate on my treatment and try to recover so that I can perform in front of you all again.
I would also be happy if I could help liven up the 3rd generation concert in any way I can.
